The price is here before the first call

Seven packages, each with a range and what moves it. All prices exclude VAT. The price isn't negotiated. The scope is.

From the first step to a system that runs

Price list

EUR, excluding VAT

  • Process Snapshot

    Range: 400 to 700 EUR

Time: 5 to 7 working days

Two conversations, a process map, a list of risks and silent failures, a proposal for how the system should look, a phased plan with prices, and a baseline: how many hours and errors the process costs you today.

The full amount is credited against any larger package. If you don't continue, the map, the risks and the plan are yours to keep.

  • Single Automation

    Range: 600 to 900 EUR

Time: 5 to 10 working days

One flow with one input and one output, for example a form inquiry that gets logged in a sheet and receives a reply. With an error alert, one page of documentation and 14 days of monitoring. No data migration and no training.

For a company that's losing inquiries and wants a small first step.

  • One Process, One System

    Range: 2,500 to 6,000 EUR

Time: 3 to 6 weeks, in phases

A database, data entry, documents, reminders and an owner's screen, for one process. Included: migration of old data, training, documentation and 30 days of monitoring. Rough prices per system are on the Systems page.

  • Operational Backbone

    Range: 7,000 to 14,000 EUR

Time: 2 to 4 months, in phases

Two or three connected systems (for example lead intake, work orders and a report), with a shared database, roles, data migration, training, documentation and 60 days of monitoring.

Only after one system is already running for you.

  • Monitoring

Range: 150 to 400 EUR per month

    Time: 6 months minimum

Failure tracking, small changes within the agreed scope, and a monthly report on the state of the system.

When the work starts from an obligation, or from scratch

  • Compliance

    Range: from 3,000 EUR

    Time: 1 to 3 months

SEF e-invoicing sync, or baseline measures under Serbia's Information Security Act and Personal Data Protection Act: an inventory of systems and AI tools, policies, two-factor sign-in, backups and an incident plan, with documentation.

We commit to a documented baseline of measures. We don't issue a "compliant" stamp, because the implementing regulations for the new law are still being published. We don't give legal interpretations; a lawyer is brought in for those.

  • AI Adoption

    Range: 900 to 1,500 EUR(training alone 600 to 900 EUR)

    Time: 2 weeks

One day of training for up to 12 people, using your company's own examples. Plus a company AI policy (what can go into the tools, what can't, who approves) and an inventory of AI tools people already use.

For a company that "wants AI" but doesn't yet have a process that hurts. It's often the lead-in to a Process Snapshot.

What raises the price, and what lowers it

Raises

  • several input sources and formats
  • lots of old data in poor shape
  • many roles and screens
  • multiple languages
  • a link to existing software (ERP, accounting)
  • sensitive data and access control
  • voice and telephony
  • a deadline shorter than four weeks

Lowers

  • the process is already written down
  • the data sits in one sheet with clear columns
  • one process owner, available two hours a week
  • you already use Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
  • the system runs on your own hosting account

You get the exact price, phase by phase, in writing after the Process Snapshot.

What is always included in a system and in the Operational Backbone

  • Migration of old data, with a duplicates report.
  • Training for the people who work in the system.
  • Documentation in plain language.
  • Access and accounts in your company's name.
  • 30 days of monitoring after handover (60 for the Operational Backbone).
  • A silent-failure checklist, passed before production.

Five commitments in every proposal

  1. The Process Snapshot is credited in full against any larger package.

  2. The baseline is measured on day one (hours, errors, delays) and again after 30 days of monitoring. If the system doesn't do what the phase plan says, we fix that phase at no extra cost.

  3. No lock-in. Code, flows, database and documentation sit in your accounts. You can continue with anyone.

  4. Nothing fails silently. Every flow has an error alert before it goes to production.

  5. Never hourly, never discounted. For a smaller budget, a phase comes out, and we tell you so plainly.

What the price doesn't include

Third-party costs, such as WhatsApp messages, telephony, AI models, hosting and licenses, are passed on at actual cost, with no markup.

We don't do: hourly work, open-ended scope, accounting or legal advice, penetration testing, custom ERP, cold outbound calls, or work without a process owner on your side.

What to compare it with

295,418 RSD

average net salary of a programmer in Serbia, May 2026.

Source: Statistical Office of the Republic of Serbia, via Tanjug, tanjug.rs, checked 24 Sep 2026.

  • An employed developer. With taxes and contributions, one employee costs a company, by our estimate, more than 40,000 EUR a year.
  • Staying in Excel. You already pay for it, in hours of retyping and missed inquiries. The Process Snapshot measures it on day one.

Questions about price

You're probably thinking this is expensive.

The smallest step is a Single Automation, 600 to 900 EUR. A system for one process is 2,500 to 6,000 EUR, and the Process Snapshot is credited against it in full. The exact price per phase is in a written proposal, before you commit to more.

Why does the Process Snapshot cost money if it's credited back?

Because it pays for two conversations, a baseline measurement and five to seven days of work. If you continue, the full amount comes off. If you don't, the map, the risk list and the plan are yours.

Why a range and not an exact price?

Your process sets the price: how many sources it has, the state of the old data, how many people use it. The exact price per phase is in the written proposal after the snapshot.

Do prices include VAT?

No. All prices on the site exclude VAT.

When do I pay?

[POTREBNO POJAŠNJENJE: raspored plaćanja, na primer snimak unapred, sistem po fazama]

What if the system doesn't do what was promised?

The baseline is measured on day one and again after 30 days. If the system doesn't do what the phase plan says, we fix that phase at no extra cost.

What else do I pay after handover?

Monitoring, if you take it, and third-party costs (messaging, telephony, AI models, hosting) at actual cost. The proposal says how much.

Do you work with companies outside Serbia?

Yes. ZippyShell Louisiana in the US has used Lead Intake since March 2026. Prices are in euros.
